Plan Your Event

To ensure a student organization hosts a successful event, it is crucial to plan with sufficient time. From reserving a room to marketing your event, please be aware that planning an event takes an estimated amount of 10 to 12 weeks. If you have any questions or would like more imformation on how to plan your event, please contact Nicole Pinkey​,  the Events and CLE Manager.

Publicizing Your Event

To request event-related marketing communications projects please submit the following information to Beatriz Marquez, Communications Administrator:

  • Contact Info: Organization/journal, name, email and phone number.
  • Event Info: Title, date and time, location, sponsor(s), description and registration information.
  • Other requirements: Type of projects and date needed, print quantity, etc.
