From reserving a room to marketing your event, please be aware that planning an event takes an estimated amount of 10 to 12 weeks. Publicizing Your Event
To request event-related marketing communications
projects please submit the following information to Beatriz Marquez, Communications Administrator:
Office of Communications Services and Guidelines
- Contact Info: Organization/journal, name, email and phone number.
- Event Info: Title, date and time, location, sponsor(s), description and registration information.
- Other requirements: Type of projects and date needed, print quantity, etc.
*Begin plannning your projects early! An average of 4 to 6 weeks is needed to complete most projects.
