For nearly 20 years, the Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic has partnered with the Kovler Center for the Treatment of Survivors of Torture in providing assistance to asylum-seekers.

Additionally, the Clinic collaborates with other immigration legal service providers in Illinois as well as different government agencies—the Office of New Americans, City Colleges of Chicago, Mexican Consulate, Office of the Governor, Illinois Attorney General’s office, Chicago Public Schools and USCIS Ombudsman office to improve immigrants’ access to services and information.
