Employers have the opportunity to select and interview candidates from a diverse group of highly qualified and talented law students. The On-Campus Interview (OCI) program is held annually in the late summer and early fall. OCI offers employers the opportunity to conduct formal interviews with students on campus, virtually, or off campus through resume collect. DePaul also provides remote interviewing capabilities for all interviews.

Employers also have the opportunity to recruit DePaul law students by participating in various programs throughout the year. DePaul students attend local and national job fairs. Employers are welcome to collect resumes at the Small Firm Networking Reception or the 1L Meet the Employers Reception. Additionally, Law Career Services will work with employers to create specialized programs or presentations held at the College of Law.
