About the Center for Art, Museum & Cultural Heritage Law

​The Center for Art, Museum & Cultural Heritage Law (CAMCHL) was founded by Patty Gerstenblith, distinguished research professor of law, to promote research and concentrated study in the rapidly growing areas of art, museum and cultural heritage law. The center’s affiliated faculty member, Dr. Morag Kersel, assistant professor of anthropology at DePaul University, is a leading scholar of the antiquities market, particularly in the Eastern Mediterranean.
