Journal of Art, Technology & Intellectual Property Law

Published biannually under the direction of a student board of editors, the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology & Intellectual Property Law (JATIP) includes articles by students, practicing attorneys and other professionals that address current and developing legal and policy issues in the cultural heritage, art, technology, intellectual property and visual and performing arts fields. JATIP also hosts an annual symposium on emerging issues in these legal fields.

DePaul students can participate in JATIP as both student editors and writers. Students who have completed their first year of law school in good academic standing are invited to join JATIP's editorial staff through a write-on competition. For more information, contact JATIP at depaul.jatip@gmail.com.
