Nicholas E. Rodriguez describes himself as a first-generation everything (it feels like that to him!). He was born in Medellin, Colombia and immigrated to New York at a very young age.  Nicholas’s parents barely spoke English and were blue collar workers.  Yet, his parents believed in the importance of an education, having faith, working diligently, making sacrifices, and helping others.  Those were the qualities that helped Nicholas (and his two sisters) succeed personally and professionally.  The moral of his story is that if he can do it, so can you!!!   Please do not give up!

The following is additional color on Nicholas’s professional and educational background.

Nicholas is a partner in Winston & Strawn’s Miami office. His experience includes representing strategic and private equity investors on complex and sophisticated business acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings and recapitalizations, asset acquisition and sale transactions, joint ventures and other strategic partnering arrangements.
