Law Student Emergency Fund

The Law Student Emergency Fund was established to provide short-term, emergency financial support to College of Law students. Please direct inquiries to Assistant Dean of Student Affairs Maria Vertuno at mvertuno@depaul.edu.

Please note that the Law Student Emergency Fund may not be used for tuition, books, university fees or technology. For students facing these types of financial hardships, we encourage them to reach out to the University’s Dean of Students Office and inquire about the Student Emergency Assistance Fund (SEAF). The Dean of Students Office is best suited to connect students with both SEAF and other resources that may be able to alleviate some of their hardships.

The University’s Division of Mission & Ministry also offers a Vincentian Assistance Fund for students in crisis.
