Professor Rubin’s lifetime career of public service is reflected in his 27
years as director of the DePaul Legal Clinic, providing legal services

the practice of law and encouraging careers in public service. He was
honored with a Cook County Board of Commissioners resolution to
recognize legal services to ensure constitutional rights of indigent
criminal appellants. Prior to joining DePaul, Professor Rubin served
