Greg Casimer has more than two decades of experience in intellectual property law. He has litigated scores of high stakes patent infringement cases across the country, including a stint on the litigation team for the original “patent troll” case, TechSearch v. Intel. Greg has represented Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, family businesses and solo inventors. He has litigated IP matters in state and federal courts, at the International Trade Commission, and at the US Patent and Trademark Office. Greg has resolved dozens of cases through forms of ADR including mediation and arbitration. He received his JD from DePaul University College of Law through the evening program. Prior to his legal career, Greg worked as a registered professional engineer on large scale public works projects throughout the Midwest. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for an Indiana public water utility. Greg and his wife also served as retreat masters for Catholic Engaged Encounter in Northwest Indiana.
