Olga Stambler is a partner at the law firm of Hurst, Robin, Kay & Allen, LLC and has almost 30 years of legal experience. Olga's practice is focused exclusively on family law and she handles all aspects of domestic relations litigation including child support, maintenance, custody and visitation issues, and division of the marital estates, post decree matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and grandparent/sibling visitation issues. Olga is a Cook County Domestic Relations Division court-approved mediator. Olga is also trained in Collaborative Practice and she is fellow of Collaborative Divorce Illinois and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Olga began her career in the area of corporate law working at Dewey Ballantine in New York City and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd in Chicago where she ultimately was the lead attorney structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions. Olga transitioned to family law using her corporate background as a tremendous asset in assessing, negotiating and resolving financial issues.
Olga graduated Magnu Cum Laude from Brandeis University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Art in Political Science. She attended Fordham University School of Law and graduated in the top 20% of her class in 1995. Olga was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1996 and in the State of Illinois in 1999.
