Katie Diggins is an attorney and dispute resolution specialist who focuses her work as a mediator and administrative law judge. Prior to specializing in conflict resolution, she worked in commercial and employment defense litigation at Winston & Strawn and Sheppard Mullin in Chicago. She then utilized her employment law expertise to join TNTP, a national non-profit that aims to end educational inequality, where she consulted K-12 public school district officials and state level policy makers regarding talent management, teacher preparation, and retention. Katie as an executive member of the CCR Board of Directors and the Illinois chapter of the Association of Attorney Mediators as well as a local, private nursery school.
