Katherine Gloede

​​Katherine Gloede is the regional vice president for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), overseeing arbitration and mediation services across the Midwest Region. A seasoned attorney, arbitrator, and mediator, Katherine brings nearly two decades of experience to the field of alternative dispute resolution, with particular expertise in employment, healthcare, technology, and complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining the AAA in July 2024, she litigated at top Chicago law firms and served in the City of Madison Mayor’s Office. She has served as both advocate and neutral in matters ranging from small claims to multi-million-dollar disputes and is a frequent speaker on dispute resolution. Katherine holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in English Literature, Rhetoric, and Composition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.​
