​​Garreth A. DeVoe is a commercial litigation attorney at Harris Winick Harris LLP. He represents property owners, general contractors, and materials suppliers, as well as engineering, transportation, and manufacturing companies, in complex construction and commercial lawsuits using an aggressive and analytical approach while maintaining timely client communication. Garreth has obtained successful trial verdicts and arbitration decisions for clients across the country.

Prior to joining Harris Winick Harris LLP, Garreth practiced law at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ignacio Torteya III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In addition to maintaining a full-time practice, Garreth co-chairs the Chicago Bar Association's Commercial Litigation Committee and teaches Legal Analysis, Research & Communication at DePaul College of Law. ​
