​​Ralph A. Morris has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court litigation and matters with the EEOC and Illinois Department of Human Rights. He has negotiated over 75 collective bargaining agreements; has negotiated over 500 settlements between employers and employees; and has served as a trainer on numerous employment topics.  Morris also has acted as an independent investigator on harassment complaints and serves as a mediator and arbitrator on employment issues. 

Morris serves as an adjunct professor at DePaul College of Law.  He previously served as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Graduate School of Business where he taught Human Resources Law and Conflict Management & ADR in the Workplace.  He also was on the part-time faculty at Columbia College Graduate School.   Morris began his career teaching law at the Indiana University Law School in Indianapolis from 1970 to 1971. ​
