On October 2, 2018, DePaul University College of Law was extremely fortunate to host a wide-ranging discussion with the Chief Judge, Sharon Prost, and three Circuit Judges, Jimmie Reyna, Richard Taranto, and Todd Hughes, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Professor Joshua Sarnoff moderated the discussion, which addressed topics ranging from the kinds of issues that the Judges found most difficult to decide, what would motivate the Judges to take a case en banc, and which courses students should take in law school (at least if they plan to become clerks for Federal Circuit Judges).
