Access to Justice Summit 2023

The Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice hosted the Law Student Leaders Access to Justice Summit on February 24, 2023. DePaul Law nominated six 3L student leaders to represent the law school at the Summit.

DePaul student leaders joined student leaders from each of the state's law schools for a day focused on educating and inspiring these future leaders on how they can help provide equal access to our justice system in their respective career paths. The Summit cultivated an awareness of issues that prevent low-income Illinois residents from accessing civil legal services and highlighted the importance and power of pro bono work.
