Clinic students Yele Ajayi and Ezra Litner were able to negotiate a sentence of supervision with community service for a client who was charged with fleeing and eluding police involving a chase after he was stopped for a traffic violation. This means it will not be a conviction on his records. For another case, Rachel Shirley convinced the state to drop a leaving the scene of an accident misdemeanor and allowed the client to plead to a minor traffic violation with traffic safety school.
