Purple ribbon
The Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Center recently received DomesticShelters.org's 2021 Purple Ribbon Award for Outstanding Advocate Training Program (Less than $500,000). According to the organization, this award honors “the best of the best who are making a substantial positive impact on the lives of domestic violence victims and survivors.”

Katie Liss, director of the Family Law Center, says, “It’s an honor to for the Center to be recognized with this award for its domestic violence advocacy programming. All efforts to help survivors are necessary and make an impact. I encourage everyone to become involved and support anti-domestic violence programs.” She continues, “This is a serious issue and can have severe, lasting effects. Because of its importance and unfortunate prevalence, the Center will focus on domestic violence representation during its annual Family Law Symposium.”

The 2021 Family Law Symposium will be held virtually on October 7 and 8, 2021. For more information and to register, click here.
