BLSA Moot Court Team advances to Nationals

DePaul's Moot Court and Black Law Student Association (BLSA) members - Simone Freeney and SaDella Duval d'Adrian - competed in the Midwest Regional BLSA, Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition in St. Louis, Missouri. These two braved tough competitors during the competition, but they made the school proud with their many accomplishments. In the Midwest Regional, the team won Second place overall, first runner up for best brief, and the Best Oral Advocate Winner was SaDella Duval d'Adrian. The team advanced to Nationals where they placed in the top 16 teams nationwide. The dedicated coaches for this team are DePaul alumni: Cierra Norris and Nakia Small.
