American Constitution Society
The American Constitution Society (ACS) is a national network of lawyers, law students, scholars, judges and policymakers who believe that the law should be a force to improve the lives of all people. ACS works for positive change by shaping debate on vitally important legal and constitutional issues through the development and promotion of high-impact ideas. We are dedicated to infusing progressive values into American law and politics and believe deeply in the importance of law as the mechanism which governs the relationships between and among the individuals and institutions that form our society, recognizing the direct relationship between legal theory and the broader political debate about the kind of society in which we live.

The DePaul Appellate Moot Court Society is a student-run organization committed to the advancement of oral and written advocacy, the furtherance of practical legal skills, and scholastic excellence.
The Appellate Moot Court Society represents the College of Law in law school moot court competitions nationwide in various areas of the law. The society also hosts an intramural appellate competition. Students who have completed their first year of law school are invited to participate in the intramural competition.

The goal of the Art & Cultural Heritage Law Society (ACHLS) is to put DePaul students in touch with legal professionals whose practice areas affect museums, the art market, contemporary artists and cultural heritage. The society accomplishes this objective by providing student mentoring, hosting networking events at DePaul and in the greater Chicago community, and arranging guest speakers. Additionally, the society works closely with professional organizations in order to offer DePaul students the chance to learn about the evolving and diverse legal landscape of art and cultural heritage law, and it strives to provide practical opportunities for students within their chose career field.

The Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) strives to identify, address and promote awareness of Asian American concerns at the school, city, national and international levels. APALSA establishes scholarships, hosts events and speakers, creates networking opportunities for students and practitioners, serves as a support group for students, acts as a point of contact between students and alumnae/i, and seeks to increase Asian American representation in the legal field and beyond.The term Asian American includes persons from the Middle East, South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific Islands.

The Entertainment and Sports Law Society provides a forum for students interested in entertainment and sports law. The society facilitates access to alumni and professionals for discussion of legal issues at the forefront of the industry, as well as networking opportunities. Society members are given the opportunity to collaborate and innovate in preparation of becoming future leaders within the dynamic fields of both entertainment and sports.

The Federalist Society is a group of libertarians and conservatives interested in the current state of the legal order. It is founded on the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.
At DePaul University College of Law, the Federalist Society seeks to open and to balance the debate on legal issues. In addition to inviting speakers to the law school for lectures and debates, we host a variety of social events throughout the year. Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International is a professional service organization composed of pre-law students, law students, legal educators, attorneys, judges and government officials. Phi Alpha Delta was founded in 1902 for the purpose of promoting professional competency and achievement within the legal profession. It is also the first law fraternity to admit women. In furtherance of the fraternities mission, the Joseph Story Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta at the DePaul University College of Law facilitates the organization of professional speaker events, social gatherings, student support networks and various other campus enriching activities.

PILA seeks to communicate to law students the needs of the underrepresented and the ways legal training can be used to effect justice in our community and the world.
