For 2026, New Student Orientation will be held from August 17 through 21, 2026, with 1L Service Day held during that week. Orientation is mandatory and is designed to ease you into the academic program while providing you with many opportunities to meet the faculty, staff and your classmates.
- Incoming 1L students and their guest(s) are invited to attend our admitted student programs, which are designed to introduce you to DePaul Law faculty, students and facilities.
- To connect with your future classmates, all admitted students will be invited to the Fall 2026 Group Me, a free messaging app that lets you chat with classmates without needing to share your personal phone number with everyone in the group.
- A deposit is required to reserve your seat for Fall 2026. Deposit due dates can be found inside your acceptance packet on your acceptance letter.
- The 2026 Admitted Student Guide is available and should answer many of your questions.
- The DePaul ID Online Photo Submission Form provides guidance on how to obtain your DePaul ID online.
- The Information Services Technology Checklist will allow you to setup and gain access to a number of key technology resources at DePaul.
