The Mary and Michael Jaharis Health Law Institute provides a space to explore critical legal issues at the intersection between health law and intellectual property. The annual symposium on health law and intellectual property, co-sponsored with the Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology (CIPLIT®), offers a day-long multidisciplinary event where scholars, practitioners and other professionals convene to share insights from experts from various sectors on the challenges and innovations that come from navigating this rapidly evolving area of law.
