All second and third year students may participate. The program consists of in-person or virtual interviews and resume collections with participating employers. Students interested in participating may bid/apply for interviews using the OCI tab in Vincent. More information is available to students in the OCI Announcement on your Vincent homepage starting in the Spring of each year.
Chicago Bar Association’s Law Student Career Immersion Mentoring Program
The Chicago Bar Association's (CBA) Young Lawyer Section has developed a unique
career immersion mentoring program, which pairs rising 2L law students with attorney mentors who guide them through a series of experiences that benefit their careers. Examples of experiences may include conducting a mock interview, shadowing an attorney during a virtual hearing or deposition, or having an attorney edit a writing sample. You must be a current law student member of the CBA to participate. A limited number of mentors are available to students and pairings are made on a first come, first served basis.
