Employer Recruitment Programs
The On-Campus Interview (OCI) program is held annually in the late summer and early fall. Mandatory student orientation takes place in the spring semester prior to OCI. Eligible 2Ls and 3Ls may participate. The program consists of on-campus interviews (in-person or video) and resume collection with participating employers.
DePauls 2013 Fall OCI program will take place from August 13 to September 12. Employers may register directly via Vincent or by submitting the OCI Registration Forms.
Spring on-campus interviews will be arranged by employer request. DePaul also provides remote interviewing capabilities for all interviews.

Law Career Services advertises and/or participates in a number of job fairs in order to increase interview opportunities for its students. The following is a non-exhaustive list of job fairs that might be of interest. All job fairs are posted under the events tab on Vincent.

Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference
The Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference (MPILCC), sponsored by the Chicago Area Law School Consortium, is a job fair for students interested in employment and volunteer opportunities in the public sector. The Conference attracts over 50 employers for on-site interviews, table talk and for rsum collections. Information is available online at http://www.mpilcc.org/.
National Black Prosecutor Association Job Fair
The National Black Prosecutors Association (NBPA) is committed to the recruitment, training, and career advancement of minority attorneys as prosecutors at all levels of government. The NBPA Job Fair provides a forum for law school students, recent law school graduates and experienced attorneys from across the nation to meet and interview for prospective employment in prosecutors offices at the local, state and federal levels. Patent Law Interview Program
The Loyola Patent Law Interview Program is a two-day interview program held in Chicago each summer that brings together patent law employers and law students from across the country to interview for summer associate positions and post-graduate employment. Each year roughly 1,500 law students register for the program, submit their rsum, and bid on interviews with the nation-wide employers that interest them. The program is entirely employer selected - which means that participating employers review the rsum submitted to them and choose the law students they are interested in interviewing at the program. Roughly half of the students registered for the program are selected for interviews each year. Bay Area Diversity Career Fair
The Diversity Career Fair brings together prominent law firms and government legal departments in the San Francisco Bay Area with highly qualified diverse second-year law students. The participating students come from distinguished local law schools, as well as other top schools from around the nation to interview for coveted positions in summer associate programs. CCBA Minority Law Student Job Fair
The Cook County Bar Association and the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms coordinate and sponsor this job fair. The Job Fair typically attracts approximately 100 law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies located in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and other states. There will be no walk-in interviews available for this job fair, so it is important to register if you would like to attend. Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference
The Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference is a program of the Twin Cities Committee on Minority Lawyers in Large Law Firms. The Conference aims to hire law students of color from around the country for law firms, corporations, and government agencies located in Minnesota. 2Ls and 3Ls are eligible to apply. National Black Law Student Association Midwest Region Minority Recruitment Conference
The event has introduced approximately 600 different employers to 3000 law students over the past nineteen years. In 2005, there were over 40 nationwide legal employers and 150 law students from law schools in the Midwest Region.
Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair
The Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair (HDLJF) was created for one particular purpose: more diverse lawyers in Kansas City. The job fair is designed to expose law students of diverse backgrounds to internships, summer associate positions and full-time employment to both the traditional and non-traditional legal employer. Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair
This annual Conference & Career Fair is designed to pair lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender attorneys and law students with opportunities at law firms and government agencies. Over two hundred attorney candidates and sixty employers representing private firms and public organizations from all over the country were present at last year's Career Fair in Washington, DC. The Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair (RMDLCF) will be held in the fall in Denver, CO.
