Kenneth K. Suh is the Media and Tech Lead at the Beazley Group, a leading Lloyd’s of London Syndicate.  Mr. Suh provides strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to clients and internal stakeholders related to Intellectual Property and Data Privacy incidents.

Mr. Suh analyzes risk exposures, selects and manages defense counsel, and provides guidance in response to copyright, trademark, trade secret, defamation, and Data Privacy issues.

Prior to Beazley, Mr. Suh was in private practice as an intellectual property litigator for eight years, including at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Mr. Suh represented clients in Federal District Courts, mediation hearings, arbitration hearings, and regulatory agency proceedings across the country, including as part of global intellectual property disputes on behalf of clients such as Samsung, Cisco, Marvell, and Varian Medical Systems. Prior to law school, Mr. Suh was a technical lead at I.B.M.

Mr. Suh earned his juris doctor, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, and has a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Mr. Suh is licensed to practice in Illinois, California, and Texas.
