IALI Welcomes Li Jiaxiang

DePaul's International Aviation Law Institute (IALI) appointed Li Jiaxiang, administrator of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, an honorary visiting professor and distinguished international scholar at a ceremony held at the law school in January 2011. Administrator Li was in Chicago as part of the official state visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
