Biography Prior to joining the DePaul faculty in 2007, Thomas Ruffner practiced antitrust law and global litigation as an associate at Howrey LLP in Chicago. While there, he focused on regulatory approval of mergers for multinational companies, as well as directors’ and officers’ liability, patent infringement and trade secret cases. Before law school, Ruffner received a BS in Business from Wake Forest University. Ruffner attended DePaul University College of Law, where he was a legal writing teaching assistant as well as a member of DePaul Law Review. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. |
