William Stuart

Professor Stuart earned his undergraduate degree in economics and continued as a graduate fellow in economics. After receiving his law degree, he clerked for the Honorable Keith Callow, Washington State Court of Appeals, and worked as a trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel of the United States Department of Treasury.
