Max N. Helveston joined DePaul in 2011. He received his BA from the University of Michigan and his JD from Yale Law School, where he was a Coker Fellow, editor of the Yale Law Journal, and editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law & Ethics. Prior to coming to DePaul, he clerked for the Hon. Richard D. Cudahy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and worked as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. Professor Helveston’s teaches and writes in the areas of consumer protection, insurance, health, and commercial law. His work has recently appeared in the Georgia Law Journal, the Washington University Law Review, and the New York University Journal of Law and Business.
