Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic

Community-based service learning has a long tradition at DePaul University. The College of Law exemplifies this tradition through its Clinical Programs, where students concentrate on the problems faced by clients in eight areas: asylum/immigration, civil rights, criminal appeals, death penalty, family law, misdemeanor, special education advocacy and technology/intellectual property. Through these programs, students gain the benefits of experiential learning outside of a formal classroom setting, while simultaneously contributing to the community beyond the university.
