Child & Family Law

DePaul's child and family law program encompasses a multitude of legal issues in the area of family relations, including child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, elder law, juvenile justice, disability, divorce and sexual trafficking. The blending of traditional and new social values is a central concern in the changing field of family law. At DePaul, you will gain a substantive and rigorous education through a variety of externships, clinics, extracurricular programming and a curriculum that continually changes with developments in child and family law.
