Child and Family Law

DePaul's child and family law program explores legal issues in the area of family relations, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, elder law, juvenile justice, disability, divorce and sexual trafficking through a lens that blends traditional and new social values.

Students gain a substantive and rigorous education through a variety of externships, clinics, extracurricular programming and a curriculum that continually changes with developments in child and family law.
