Third Year in Practice Program Application
Program Description: The Third Year in Practice (3YP) program focuses your third year of law school on the development of practical skills through a combination of simulation courses, clinics, an “intensive” externship, and the 3YP seminar, which is a two-credit course that complements the intensive externship. By submitting this application, you understand that if you are selected to participate in 3YP, you will be required to complete twenty-four (24) credit hours of approved experiential coursework.

Application Directions: Please complete this application and follow the instructions at the bottom of the application to submit your application, resume, and Course History Report by Friday, September 23, 2016.
Decisions: Applicants will be notified prior to the beginning of registration for spring semester of 2017.

Why do you want to participate in the Third Year in Practice program? Please include in your answer any specific knowledge and skills that you want to learn.
Resume and Transcript
Please upload your current resume with your application. Your resume must list all of your legal experience, including all law school internships and externships, including any externships that you are doing in the fall semester of 2016.
