Issues in Aviation Law and Policy is the journal of the
International Aviation Law Institute at DePaul University College of
Law. Founded in April 2001, the journal is dedicated to presenting
emerging, cutting-edge issues on legal and policy matters affecting
civil aviation worldwide. Issues in Aviation Law and Policy is
a "forum for change," designed for a broad audience of aviation
attorneys, academics, industry stakeholders, lobbyists, government
agencies/regulators, and researchers.
