IP Scholars Roundtable

CIPLIT hosted the Third International IP Scholars Roundtable and Hosier Scholar Lecture on May 1 - 2, 2014

The scholars presented and critiqued their works in progress in a wide range of intellectual property disciplines. Professor Joshua Sarnoff of DePaul hosted, moderated, and co-presented with Irene Calboli of the National University of Singapore and Marquette University; Professors Roberta Kwall and Stefania Fusco of DePaul participated. The keynote luncheon for the roundtable was DePaul’s annual Hosier Scholar Lecture for 2014, on comparative intellectual property clauses of national constitutions, presented by Lior Zemer, a law lecturer at the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Law, and a Research Fellow at the International and European Research Centre at Ghent University, Belgium. The roundtable was the third so far, and followed the celebration of publication of a book on international trademark law issues that emerged from the first roundtable.
